In 2002 we started raising goats and Longhorns on our family farm.

We wanted to raise our children in the country

and let them learn responsibilities in caring for animals. 

In 2008, we began growing produce for sale.

Our vegetable farming practices are sustainable, meaning we only use

organically approved insect and disease control,

and soil amendments, including compost and minerals. 

We also use tractor cultivating, hoeing, and hand weeding, to control weeds.

 We utilize crop rotation and cover crops which naturally help build the soil and reduce

insect damage.   Healthy soil makes healthy veggies!
Note:  We are not certified organic to save on time, paperwork and fees.
